Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the myc33 platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, playing games, or claiming bonuses — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

• One account only: Each individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
• Identity verification (KYC): myc33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of your ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in account suspension.
• Jurisdiction: You are fully responsible for ensuring that your use of the myc33 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. myc33 accepts no liability for any violation of local laws by players.
• Not a platform representative: You may not play on behalf of another party or act as an agent or representative for commercial purposes without written consent from myc33.

Myc33 reserves the right to reject registration applications without providing any reason. The platform's decision regarding account eligibility is final.

Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

All financial transactions on the myc33 platform are subject to the following policies, designed to ensure the safety and transparency of all parties:

Deposit

• The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits depend on your chosen payment method and account level.
• Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All methods are processed instantly.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes. myc33 does not act as a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
• Any attempt to deposit funds from unauthorized sources, through theft, or by fraudulent means will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be immediately closed.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. The daily maximum withdrawal limit depends on your account's VIP level.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfers take 1–3 hours during business hours.
• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a certain amount may require additional KYC verification before being processed.
• Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit to prevent money laundering (AML).
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is attempted.

Bonus & Promotions

Myc33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to enhance your gaming experience. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Wagering (rollover) requirement: Most bonuses require a specified wagering amount before wins from the bonus can be withdrawn. This requirement is clearly stated for each promotion.

General Game Rules

All gaming activity on the myc33 platform must be conducted in accordance with the following rules to ensure a fair and enjoyable environment for all players:

• All games use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by independent testing bodies. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Failure to understand the rules does not entitle any claim for a refund.

Account Suspension & Closure

Myc33 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Multiple account ownership.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward support staff.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses) in the account will be processed for withdrawal after the required review.
